Speaker: Catherine Wilson of Queenie Quilts

Our February speaker is Catherine Wilson, a quilt designer and certified Judy Niemeyer instructor.  Quilting since high school, she began designing quilts in her twenties.  She started Queenie Quilts in 2010 as a means of providing quilters with world class instruction and custom built kits to assist them in making their own Judy Niemeyer masterpiece.  Catherine loves traditional piecing with a modern edge, reinterpreting old quilt blocks in new fabrics or old fabrics in modern settings.
